As I’ve written before, I grew up with guns. I lived in the deep south for many years, and out in the country, owning a gun is as popular as owning a pickup truck. I even have a few guns registered to me now a 380 Colt, which is retro and not made anymore, and a rifle I’ve been to the gun range to practice too many times to count, and I know about gun safety inside and out.
